Work on car was great. Courtesy rides so customers don't have to wait at dealership when service appts are lengthy are appreciated. More work on communicating status of work, estimation on time to service completion would be appreciated.
I often travel from another city to visit this Toyota. They always take care of my vehicle and if there is an issue they work to resolve it. I also feel like advisors explain what is going on with my vehicle.
The service you get at Crown Toyota is top notch. From scheduling repair times on the computer to picking it up. I had three service members I would like to say thanks too, Wade was the first person when I walked in the building, Josh was my service advisor, and Cassidy was the in the office where you pay. I couldn't have had a better experience. Then I saw Clyde on my way out the person that sold me my car. Crown Toyota is a great place to buy a car, and they back it up with their service department.
