James and Conner came out to take a look at my parents at home which had a roof replaced back in 2000 by dad. James explained in detail what my dad did versus what should have been done. He illustrates the process and materials used. Once again-very detailed. Price was more than what we wanted to pay but the warranty behind it and the extra work that went along with roof installation made sense. They offered financing to meet our needs. Brian and Thomas were very thorough in explaining all aspects of the materials and process, which I appreciated.
We had Brian Ray come out to give us an estimate on replacing our roof, but after talking with him and getting educated on the condition of our roof. Then getting educated on the way a roof should be installed. We decided that this was the company we wanted to do business with. Also know the staff doing the work will have been trained and get retained each year makes me feel they will do the right thing for the customers. Jake laycock came out and was very nice to us and super knowledgeable!! he did an amazing inspection on our roof and showed us what needed to be done and what needed to be taken care of. i really appreciated his honesty and how he got things done with us!
