I told them I was on a time frame and needed it done by a certain time. They kept delaying and I was delayed on my leaving town. They charged me for items and didn’t deliver, nor did I receive a refund. I would not recommend and when they called asking to do other work,I told them no, I would hire someone else.

ASHER KING AND LAURYN DAVIDSON CAME TO OUR HOME TO HELP ME CHOSE WHICH PATIO DOOR I WANTED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. I AM DISABLED BY CRIPPLING PAIN AND DUE TO TWO BROKEN HERRINGTON RODS IN MY BACK HAVE TO SIT AND WALK MY WHEELCHAIR. Too much went wrong to list here. Suffice it to say, the company was very unresponsive to all the issues that arose. The guys who actually put up the siding were great. But the people at DaBella were horrible. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I can not and will not ever recommend this company. By far this is the worst encounter I’ve had with a home improvement project. The salespeople, Alex and hailey, and the website sold me on family. I liked hearing that and was even ok with spending more money than my previous quotes because they made me feel comfortable and like I was a priority. Salesmen was very high pressure and insulting, appointment was for 90 min and he took 4 hours trying to get us to sign a contract.

I was told this would be a 3-4 day job and it took more than 2 weeks. I was told debris would be removed at the end of each workday. After 2 days I asked them to remove the debris that was blocking the side of the house. Debris was also tossed onto the plants in the front yard, breaking major portions of the plants or destroying them all together. There were days where no one showed up and often there was only one worker. Phone calls and requests often went unanswered. I would not rehire nor would I recommend.

Two reps from DaBell came out to measure and quote my 1951 Portland house for new triple pane windows. I was told this would take no longer than one and a half hours. Well, it ended up taking FOUR AND A HALF HOURS of very high pressure salesmanship. I really felt like I was at a car dealership. Except this dealer was sitting in my livingroom expecting my to pay $50,000 for 25 windows. What a nightmare!

A salesperson came knocking on my door about 5 minutes ago which was 7:35 pm on a Friday night! I tried to stop his talking but he would not listen. Finally I raised my voice to tell him to stop. He just started up again. I wouldn’t use dabella now and the funny thing is we just had our windows replaced and are looking at siding contractors! Dabella solicitors are bad enough but to have them come by after 6:00 is just wrong.

The reps who showed up to do the presentation were great, the windows seemed very well made. Very professional and they made sure we had all the info before we agreed. However, upon agreeing the way we were treated changed drastically in my opinion. We gave a check for the deposit amount the reps asked for and were notified of the 3 day cancellation policy.
