they have harassed me for months. I told them i decided im not interested in their services & yet they keep calling from multiple numbers. Im so glad I didn't go with them.

I need to redo my siding on my house. I asked about a veteran's discount. The scheduler said she didn't know about that, we would have to ask estimator It was cancer awareness month in OCT, and they had some discounts for that. The scheduler said they would need 1 to 1 1/2 to give us an estimate and both decision makers had to be home. The time frame they gave us, I said we can give them an hour and 15 minutes is all. High-pressure sales tactics and difficult cancellation process I normally dont leave negative reviews, but I feel its important to share my experience so others are aware.A DaBella representative came door-to-door offering a free roofing quote, and I agreed to schedule one. The next day, a salesman arrived at my home around 3:00 PM and stayed until nearly 6:45 PM, only leaving because I had to leave for my night shift at 7:00 PM. This company is completely dishonest. The salesperson ***** ****** lied about extending time period to consider accepting contract, then used a credit card they were not authorized to use. Total invalidation of consumer's requests and concerns, and obfuscation of process to cancel out.Avoid this company at all costs. They are not to be trusted.

Their "inspector" was a salesperson. He lied to us about the condition of our roof, had no knowledge of construction, and continiously pressured us to finance when we had requested a quote for a cash payment. There quoted roof and siding quote was more than 3 times higher than other contractors for similar or same products installed by proffesionals. Dabella is not a contractor. The whole process has been a nightmare. Contractors were fired on the first day of installation. windows are separating from the walls. The brand new wood frame is already going bad. one of the windows are broken. Every time I call and leave a message no one calls me back and doesn't send anyone out here to fix the problems. One contractor came out and made a list of problems saying they would be calling in 2 weeks to get an appointment made to fix everything. and that was months ago. he has now quit since then and hasn't se... read more

Took over a month to complete our reroof due to hail damage. Sometimes we had 2 men working on the reroof, but usually it was one man working alone. Left roof unprotected during a rain storm so we had leaks in our ceiling. Phone calls are rarely, if ever, returned. We found out they doubled what it cost them to replace our roof. Left the roll off dumpster in our driveway after the roof was completed long enough to crack the driveway. If Dabella knocks on your door, shut the door, lock it and run!

Our roof was not done correctly. No permit. Damage to interior because roof leaked. Doesn't pass inspection, not up to code. They keep saying they "are working on it". The bad reviews are all true and believe me it does get worse. Mediation is a joke that they build in to their contract.... Wonder WHY??? Do not contact with this company for any reason.

They gave me a quote for three windows on 9/25/25 for about $10,000. At first I really liked their sales team. I thought their product seemed like a good quality product and their sales team was very nice. However they soon became very pushy . After telling them no several times their last price was about 5 grand. After telling them no again and actually going outside so that they would leave I received a call from them asking if they could come by and crunch numbers again.
