DO NOT HIRE!!! After a very long and informational sales pitch reminiscent of an auto salesman..we wwere very pressured to sign a contract then and there.... During the roof install the workers broke our porch light off, and even though they haphazardly put it back up the lens was broken. After a week or so I finally managed to speak with install manager and they promised me a check 2 weeks ago since I complained and sent them pictures, but I still had to call and not get any response . I did not apreciate the high pressure sales. I felt like I was being sold a used car. When I am making a purchase as large as a roof I want to consider all of my options, not just DaBella. I didn't like how the salesman called his "Manager" to see if he could get me a deal. The "Manager" suggested a different type of shingle. The salesman had that shingle with him. Never got an estimate, as they wanted life history before they would even schedule. Now, even tho our project is done (another contractor) DaBella will not stop calling and emailing us. I have repeatedly told them to stop, and they won't. There is no way to stop their emails or phone calls. They are annoying spanners, and WILL NOT stop.

I needed 3 windows replaced in my basement. I called DeBella on the phone and told them the rough dimensions of the windows, that they were in a daylight basement and that this was the entire project. on the phone i was told the appointment could take 60 minutes. that seemed excessive but i was told they could provide a quote and do measurements that day. the sales rep arrived on time and than asked if my wife was home. i thought that was odd but told him that she was not. that apparently started things on the wrong track. f... read more

Terrible--the estimators showed up late. We specifically asked for a bid only on replacing our garage roof. They immediately tried to sell us all other kinds of services. And the estimators were not prepared to exam the garage roof. They looked at it, wrote up a bid and wouldn't show it to us unless we agreed to buy their services. What a scam! I can't believe they have such a high rating.

It has been a year and the job is still not completed. After the GAF inspection, the company had to correct a "few things" but I continue to get promises and no action. The gutters are leaking out of the backside. We have been told this will be fixed but it is still not scheduled. There is a lot of turnover at DaBella with project managers and sub-contractors. Our roofer is no longer with them and we are on our 3rd project manager. I now have to go to the BBB bureau and probably hire an attorney to get a job finished. The fo... read more

Dabella sales guys came to my house and refused to give me their sales pitch or even a bid because my husband wasn't home. Old fashioned sexist sales model! I would never do business with them. Beware!
