Just hired DaBella for window replacement. I had already hired them to do my roof and they did an awesome job. I am looking forward to getting my windows in a couple months. I'll write another review after the install. I expect it to go as smoothly as the roof did. Skyler Johnson was the sales rep who came to my house and demonstrated their window products. At this time we are waiting for our roof which we know will happen after the materials arrive. Lance Fagan was our rep and we are pleased with his professionalism, he knows his stuff. For everything he explained to us he showed us the backup to go along with it. Monty & Alex came to our home and did a free inspection and estimate. They both went up into our attic found the problem and took pictures. Then they went up onto the roof and took pictures and a short video to show us the problems and why we are having leaks. They both sat down with my husband and me and went over their products and how they work. They explained why they are different from other roofing companies. It all made sense. Ian came to my house with a smile on his face and was very polite. He explained what he was going to do, he did just that. Explained the products and services to me in great detail, gave me a great discount. And signed paperwork quickly. It was overall the best sales experience I have ever had, and I didn't have to leave my home.
Both these guys were very professional and excellent presentation and demeanor.

At first there was a problem, but then everything was done right, and they did a great job.
The free quote went well and we are still working on the job site particulars. Chance was great at explaining everything. He listened to all of our concerns with the soffit and wood rot damage. He was so tentative to our wants and needs and helped us choose a practical solution that would worked for us.
