Fantastic. Justin Johnson is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable; and, willing to work with me. He proved to me that it is in my best interest to have my roof replaced. He took multiple pictures and showed me where my roof is corroding and molding. He showed me written proof why is company is the top in the nation.
The salesperson was professional and it went very well.
Joel and Skyler came out to our home and showed us the issues we have with our roof, being on its second layer, with water damaged sheeting and the siding starting to signs of wear and a very high moisture content. We did not move forward at this time for financial reasons.
It went very well, they worked very quickly. What I liked about them is that when the technician came out, he really explained the work they would do for me. It helped justify the cost that I would be paying for the work.
My name is Jace and I live in Oregon. A DaBella Exteriors representative, Jordan, went to her house, I live down the road, and presented her with a new roof/shingle option. The previous roof was 25+ years new. He, Jordan, was courteous and presented multiple options. Contract not completed at this time. This review is concerning our sales representative Bryce Bowers. He was very prompt and knowledgeable about the DaBella's product and workmanship. He returned our calls quickly and addressed all of our concerns. We would have no problem referring this salesperson to others who are wanting to learn about DaBella Roofing. When the job is completed, I'll let you know how that part of the contract went.
Scott J came out to meet with us about a new roof. He came out and spent time with us and our family and took pictures around the house and talked about the concerns with the roof. Our roof was an original roof with the house and had not been taken care of. We moved in a year ago knowing we would need a new roof within the year. We appreciated the communication and being able to discuss details. Will post again once project completed.
This is a follow-up to my review of 7/7/2016. Da Bella was quick to contact me and send out a rep to evaluate and schedule repairs. I knew from my previous experience with this company that customer satisfaction was their number 1 priority, so I was very upset by the quality of original job.
