Jeff Weigel and Ryan Moore met with us to give us a quote for siding. They were polite, professional, friendly, and honest. We were up front with them that we were in the initial investigation/bidding process and were not ready to commit. They were very understanding and respectful of that decision. The scheduler told us to expect 90 minutes and it was almost exactly 90 minutes. No undue pressure at all. If we decide to stay in this home, we will definitely call them to do the siding and windows. Great experience all around.
Everything went great and was very fast and easy. The financing process was simple and went through quickly. Steven made sure to keep in contact with us to make sure we were updated on everything and how it was all going. We couldn't have had an easier or quicker experience if we had tried.
We are still in the process of acquiring estimates for our roof. Our experience at this point is with sales only. I was impressed with DaBella's ability to make an appointment quickly and on our schedule. The sales representative, Matt, arrived on time, let us know what he would be doing and got to work assessing our roof. This process was quick and efficient. The sales pitch, however, was less so.
