The 2-man crew arrived on time on the appointed day; they mostly worked partial days, and the majority of their work was done well. In the beginning I was very impressed with Jacob and his professionalism. He was great at staying in touch and answering my question. I had three other bids, and Dabella's bid was about $5000 more than my next highest bid. I decided to go with Deballa anyway for their warranty and because they seemed to be a reputable company with good reviews and a professional staff. The job was completed 15 days after we signed the paperwork. We were told that they were about 6 weeks out on jobs, but they might be able to squeeze us in by the end of the month. The job was started Monday the 29th and completed Tuesday the 1st.
My husband and I were very pleased with our consultation and estimate provided by Joel Pickell. Listening to Joel’s knowledge of DaBella products and his willingness to ensure that all of our questions were answered made the whole process seamless. Very pleased with our consultation and estimate provided by Matt Pittam. Not only was he thorough and knowledgeable, but the company's warranty (50 years), quality (only certified techs do the install), and professionalism won us over. Matt identified areas where additional repairs need to be done tothe exhaust vents, chimney, and attic air flow vents priorto the re-roof. We feel very comfortable the project will be done right. We were very, very impressed by the knowledge of our salesman (Chris) and his professionalism. He explained the roofing and buying processstep by step. He madegood recommendations for what roofing material would best suit our house and various price ranges. It was a long presentation but when investing in something as important as a roof, I can see why he was so thorough.
