<p>We learned from his pictures about how bad our roof was. We did not know that it what in a desperate situation. The desription of the condition of the roof made our choice of using DaBella Exterior easy. With their finacing we are able to get started then use a HELOC to pay. I had the opportunity to work with Eric Nelson from DaBella Exteriors. He was referred to me by my insurance agent. I had sustained roof damage from the wind storm and needed a new roof. Eric was very professional and helped guide me through the process of what to expect when the project gets done. I am still waiting to hear back from the insurance company about how much they will help with the project. Once I get a figure from them I will have Eric come back out to do the roof for me.
<p>Sale person, very professional providing different options or alternatives. Material delivery in timely manner. Roof removal and installation done in a timely manner. All customer questions were answered.</p> <p>All areas around the house were left cleaned and organized by the contractor. The new Roof looks great. </p> <br />
Steven Shortridge came out to look at my roof. I appreciated his honest opinion and didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch. That is hard to find in a sales-driven position. When I'm ready for a new roof, I will work with him.
I'm not sure there's enough room for my feedback. Short version. Everything went great. I chose DaBella because of the sales team that came out to do a quote. I had had two other companies quote me prior to meeting with Mike and Lance. What a difference. Saying they were thorough is an understatement. More information than I was interested in listening to but Mike was persistent and explained everything. I'm glad he did. Since the project has not been contracted yet, I will provide additional feedback if we contract and have the work performed. It appears that work might start sooner than later which is Good!! <br />
