It went well and Jacob stayed to fulfill all the questions I had of him.
They were punctual and professional, but you do get a full pitch and can expect to spend at least an hour. They are very thorough on the how it would be done, what materials for both roof and vents , and warranty. i think they could improve by getting to the point a little quicker. Bruce and Molly came out to our home for two hours. They took detail of our current situation. After a short presentation, it's obvious that DaBella is a reputable company. Our bathtub is in fine condition and this would purely be a cosmetic upgrade to fit the need of our desire. It was fun to look at the samples and design a bathtub look on the ipad to really get the picture of potential. Bruce Colwell came over to give us an estimate on a new roof. He was on time, easy going, funny, and very professional. He was incredibly thorough and very informative throughout the estimate process. What really stuck out though, was Bruce spent at least 15 minutes trying to figure out a leak that we have in our guest bedroom. It's been super frustrating trying to figure out where the water is coming from, and it was just really nice of Bruce to take a little time to try and figure it out. <br />
Got completed and looks great. Everything was done in a timely fashion. <br />
