They removed the exisitng siding and applied the new siding, windows, door, shutters in two days. It was amazing how quickly it all got done. They also did a good job of cleanup. They were very efficient and professional from the first meeting with the salesperson to the crew that did the actual work. I love the product and am so happy that I used this company. My house looks brand new. <br />
Ron Stewart was awesome he showed us the different window options available. He took his time to answer my many questions. At the end of the appointment we just weren't ready to buy yet. and that was okay we weren't pressured. When we are ready to get our new windows we will definitely be calling Ron!!! <br />
DaBella reroofed our home. They removed and hauled away the old asphalt shingles and installed new ones. In addition, they replaced an existing skylight. Except for the skylight, everything went exactly as promised and was completed by the end of May. However, they had promised us a new skylight as part of the deal. <p>Ian Walker our sell rep was fantastic, was not sales pushy at all. Wentover all the details and what exactly we would be getting and showed us the product and choices. He even had the cost of products if we chooseto roof our homeourselves.Very punctual, and once we made the decision the process went very quickly.There was a little bit of confusion just after the project got started but with a few phone calls they were able to straighten everything out. Our roof tookabout 2 days to put on and looks fantastic. </p> <br />
<p>The sales person, Mike Shaw, was great and everyone I talked to with the company was very nice and professional, but never stuffy or what I would call the bad part of professionalism... Anyway, the only thing I had an issue with is that the roofers arrived a day early and I wasn't informed. I talked to the guy I made the appointment with and he apologized profusely for the lack of communication.
