It goes very satisfaction. Scott and James came in and inspector in roof with taking pictures. They showed us and discuss with us for what the best the roof need.

We were first contacted by two men going door-to-door dressed in appropriate clothes and wearing I.D. badges. Next was the sales representative, Scott Jackman. He was knowledgeable and courteous, did a thorough inspection of the roof and in the attic space where he found mold forming due to lack of adequate ventilation. Roof estimate.
UPDATE: The job went smoothly considering that it was during winter with our usual rain pattern. However, we encountered a few problems along the way. The sales rep promised that the lawn would be searched with a metal detector for any loose nails, this was not done. However, we now understand that this is now what we should have been told, but it did result in some hard feeling. The sales team from Dabella was very professional and low pressure, despite hearing that they are typically high pressure. The bid for the roofing job was slightly more than previous two bids, but the team seemed much more professional than others that had bid on the project. They were very thorough in their sales approach, where others simply spent 15 minutes at the house and threw out a number. Ron and Scott came out to estimate the job on a Friday afternoon. It was VERY obvious that they knew a lot about roofing. During the estimate we had contact with our neighbor, that the pricing was comparable to group pricing they had received a year ago; for similar work. The main difference was that we got a fifty year roof with better materials, vs. a ten year roof. our sales rep Matt was very professional and knowledgeable on their products. he helped us understand our needs and helped us find the perfect shingle for our home! the roofing system is very hi tech and with the upgraded ventilation has made a dramatic difference in comfort in our vaulted ceiling rooms. over all we give Dabella an A++ rating...
