Delivery Issues Thay gave us a quote and took 4000 dollars we found a way cheaper company to do the project we still haven't received our 4000 dollars back

Customer Service Issues Had these guys come give me a quote for siding on 9/12/25. When the price was too high for me I politely told them we werent interested. After the salesman kept pushing for me to agree to have the work completed and me repeatedly telling them no I got up and walked into my house. Service or Repair Issues I hired Dabella to do my siding at my cabin. Winter was coming in and they assured me it was done so I paid them unable to check the job due to snow up at my cabin. then spring came and the back side of the cabin was not completed. I contacted company and they assured me in May they would have materials resent and finished. I have called 11 times and emailed multiple times. Each time they say its two weeks out. Still the cabin isnt finished. I paid them over $85,000 and they have not finished the job... read more

Product Issues On 8/19/2025 I signed a agreement to have ************* replaced. I decided not to use this company and sent a cancellation notice by mail on 8/21/2025. Service or Repair Issues Two days ago we had a representative from DABELLA come out to give us an inspection report on our roof. Well lets just say it went from a 30 minute inspection to an over 4 hour spiel on why we need to get a new roof with their shingles. Product Issues Had the sliding done to the house. I paid out of pocket for the project. They charged me old front siding removal but since my windows where mounted to the old siding they continue to cover it with the new siding. Which I wasn't concerned about. What I'm really complaining is that they owe me a refund of that removal fee that they never did. I can't get ahold of their manager to give me a update or answer on my refund. Sales and Advertising Issues My mom is almost 82 and struggling with Dementia. I feel she was preyed upon by a savvy Dabella sales person who sold $10754 worth of windows.
