Order Issues I had a negative experience with DaBella out of ******, ******, when they replaced the roof on my widowed mother's ***** P.s single-story, 767 sq ft home in *************, ** on the 22nd of September 2025. Order Issues I had a man come to my house He came to my house from the street, he talked me for ********* so the Job was not done my roof leaked I called them 5 times each time they would say it's fine now My roof is leaking & my celling is falling down & the would not give me a certificate of completion so I could file my insurance

Customer Service Issues On 9/23/25 I called dabella and made an appointment for 9/25/25 at 10 am.The day of, dabella sent me a scripted text saying they will be here. However, No one ever showed up or even called. Calls to them go into an infinit recording loop and they text or do business from multiple personal phones.Then on 9/30 - someone is now texting me from a personal number trying to pressure me into sales and scheduling them again without even acknowledging their wrong doing.

After getting the estimate, I told them I was getting other estimates before I made a decision. They got aggressive with their "sales pitch". They were very persistent. Customer Service Issues Had these guys come give me a quote for siding on 9/12/25. When the price was too high for me I politely told them we werent interested. Service or Repair Issues I hired Dabella to do my siding at my cabin. Winter was coming in and they assured me it was done so I paid them unable to check the job due to snow up at my cabin. then spring came and the back side of the cabin was not completed. I contacted company and they assured me in May they would have materials resent and finished. I have called 11 times and emailed multiple times. Each time they say its two weeks out.
