Sales and Advertising Issues My husband and I met with a couple of sales **** to receive a free roof quote. We decided it was too far out of our budget and declined their services. Since then I've received dozens of calls from DaBella from multiple phone numbers. I've had to block all of them but keep receiving calls from different numbers. This is harassment, and I will be pursuing legal action if it continues.
Service or Repair Issues On 5/7/2025, DaBella Sales ***** ******* and ****** ***** came to ********************************************** and talked to ****** ********** to give an estimate on a bathroom floor and water leak ***air and tub and toilet ***lacement at the cost of $14,982.87. Service or Repair Issues Sells people are very pushy and aggressive with you. However, that I could get past. Agreed to siding, gutters and windows. Windows took the longest. I was very specific with the sells guys and the window guy that I did not have central air and the windows would have to accommodate window air conditioners. Service or Repair Issues I am not a customer and they have called me over 100 times, literally. A door to door person came by and I gave them my number because of interest in setting up a free quote. After checking their reviews immediately which are TERRIBLE I decided not to have them come for the inspection at all. Service or Repair Issues Dabella put on siding and busted my windows in the process of putting oversized trim on ..they left huge gaps behind the windows that weather and bees can get in. They have said they would fix and put me off over this last year over and over. They lie and delay. They over charged and need to replace the broken windows. 18 windows i have more pics. Service or Repair Issues On April 23, 2025 I had a shower unit installed by DaBella. The color didn't match the one I had chosen from a sample. Also the trim piece across the floor doesn't match the color of the shower base. I contacted the corporate customer service and they contacted the local office. Order Issues My wife and I were scammed out of money from them. They came out on 3/12/2025. They ruined our credit, signed a contract without our permission, and told us 500 would lock in our price while we get other quotes. This is ridiculous. The other company was cheaper, offers better warranties, and was very pleasant to work with. I need my 500 back as a lawsuit is more expensive than that. Order Issues This business uses ridiculously high pressure tactics. From the very beginning, I told the representative I was not interested in replacing my windows, he signed me up for an inspection anyway. When the the representative (***** Blue) arrived I told him the same thing. He proceeded to do an inspection saying that his boss expected him to do so. Service or Repair Issues I called DaBella for a roofing quote. **** was dispatched to my home.After a long sales pitch it was revealed that we needed a complete tear off and replacement which after discussing the materials and warranty the price was $39,000+ for 26 squares. A 10% savings would be had if we signed that day. We said no. **** called the boss who said how about $25,000. This reduction made me very suspicious.
