Service or Repair Issues DaBella finished installing new siding on my house on August 6. They told me that they would remove the pile of trash in front of my garage on August 7. They have not removed any trash. I am pleased with the new siding. However, their post install service is very bad. I want them to remove the trash today.
Service or Repair Issues We signed a contract with Da Bella Roofing on or about 5/7/25 to replace our roof. I wasnt particularly pleased with the salesmans quotes. He said I could get the standard color for $17,000 or the upgrade color for $19,000. I chose the upgraded color but decided I wanted to change my mind before they ordered the materials. Order Issues This company is a professional harassment company. A year ago I agreed to a free inspection but promptly cancelled after reading about others experiences with this company. Since that year I have had phone calls after phone calls trying to get me to purchase a new roof with them. I normally ask the people to stop calling and hang up. They don't care. Service or Repair Issues Since the job has been completed in June 2025, Ive had to fix all their mistakes at my expense:The drip watering system had 5 splits in it from their scaffolding - irrigation company came out to fix to the tune of $500 They broke 3 solar lights - I have to replace The caulking was so bad it needed to be cut out and redone in places They left flappers (boards that are not tight to the wall) that had to be nailed down - 20+ on the lower half, who knows on the upper gables They did not pick up their scr... read more
Product Issues I want to block their ads! Its so annoying and because of this I would absolutely never use this company
Service or Repair Issues I invited these salesmen into my home and after their pitch we told them we needed time to decide if we were going to spend 30 thousand dollars. I told **** from Dabella he they sold me on the roof, but we need time to sort out our finances. After that he started calling his manager and offering better deals. I told them they had been here for an hour and a half and they still would try to offer lower prices instead of respecting me in my own house.
Sales and Advertising Issues Unwanted solicitations. I have requested over and over that they stop calling me and that I do not qualify for their services and they continue to call me. I am already on the National Registry for the Do Not Call List
Service or Repair Issues They recently sided my house. Within a couple days some of the siding began to sag. After inspecting I realized portions of the siding are not attached to the structure. More sheets have fallen down on one side. I also notice 1 area they did not side and did no type of weather protection. Tyvek material is exposed.
