Product Issues On 8/19/2025 I signed a agreement to have ************* replaced. I decided not to use this company and sent a cancellation notice by mail on 8/21/2025. I noticed the note at the bottom (No later than 8/19/2025) This note doesn't give me the three days I am allowed to have to cancel without any obligations.( this is a mistake on the form) I called the customer service to inquire about the cancellation and deposit return after 10 days. Service or Repair Issues Two days ago we had a representative from DABELLA come out to give us an inspection report on our roof. Well lets just say it went from a 30 minute inspection to an over 4 hour spiel on why we need to get a new roof with their shingles. Product Issues Had the sliding done to the house. I paid out of pocket for the project. They charged me old front siding removal but since my windows where mounted to the old siding they continue to cover it with the new siding. Which I wasn't concerned about. What I'm really complaining is that they owe me a refund of that removal fee that they never did. I can't get ahold of their manager to give me a update or answer on my refund. Sales and Advertising Issues My mom is almost 82 and struggling with Dementia. I feel she was preyed upon by a savvy Dabella sales person who sold $10754 worth of windows. When mom balked at windows that exorbitantly priced - the slickster followed up with financing from ****************** - a company which is charging her 9% in interest. Service or Repair Issues Purchased 5/20/25. Employee fell through ceiling while giving quote. Hole still has not been ***aired. Also gutters were part of the quote and they still have not been installed. The sales *** came to give me quote on roof. He accidentally fell through ceiling. We continued with the quote process. Service or Repair Issues Windows installed in April, 2025 at my address.Installation is incomplete and unsatisfactory.Da Bella has still not fixed window installation 5 months later.Da Bella told me they reran my credit because financing time ran out. I did not give permission. Illegal!Da Bella now wants me to pay 0ver $5,000 to get a contractor out to fix the window installation.I will not pay a dime until window installation is completed.

Service or Repair Issues I had the beautiful windows installed on my house a few years ago. The windows have a lifetime warranty. Right after they were installed I noticed a crack in one of them. I called, texted and tried just about everything to get them to come out. A few years later they called wanting to do an estimate on siding, I agreed hoping to get them to fix the window.
