Problems with Product/Service May of 2022 we had new siding installed. We told Dabella at the time there were issues with the vent installed outside of the new siding. Was told it would be taken care of. Then as the summer went on spots on the siding started to turn up, I sent an email to Dabella and was told I had to contact the company that made this filler that was discoloring and turning into these spots, I did so and that company emailed me back with information the filler was mixed incorrectly by the Dabella installers... read more

Problems with Product/Service They never called me to schedule the work. Three months after signing contracts my siding supplies were delivered, unannounced. Still no one contacted me. I finally got an email and called the number given, voiced my complaint about no customer service, no knowledge of when job was to be done. The next day someone called, apologizing profusely, said they would call contractor. Problems with Product/Service Contract for ****** signed 8/23, work didnt start until December 23. Siding Materials put in homeowner and neighbors yard and left exposed. Permit was not pulled. Project stalled per city inspector and house left exposed in -20 degree temps, snow, rain and wind. Project resumed end of january. Extensive damage to lawn and gate, animals escaped numerous times. Problems with Product/Service **** calls constantly for multiple years.will not take my number off their list. Calls 10 times in 15 minutes. Even if I don't answer. Asks for ******* when I answer. When told they have the wrong number and to take my name off they say they will and then call back.

Problems with Product/Service 1 8/23/23 ordered new windows for my entire house. 6 in total. 2. 11/23 different windows than I was told I ordered were installed. The installers said a part was left at the office, they would go back and bring it back to install it. They never called, never came back. 3. Ive been in contact with DaBella since my purchase date and still nothing has been done. 4. Problems with Product/Service On 06/14/2021 *******'s completed our new roof including all new wood under the roof tiles. During the fall season with the rain and snow we began to notice the roof was leaking around the chimney. I spoke with our salesman 5 different times between 11/2021 - 8/2023 to have someone come out and fix the leak. Each time someone did come out, repairs would be made to both the outside and inside the house, but the leak prevailed. Problems with Product/Service The problem is that services/product have not been rendered. I signed a contract 1/19/24, and I was told by the salespeople I had ample time--month+ to notify them of any changes to my order. It is now 2/7/24, well before 1 month since I signed the contract, and I am opting out of this project of windows and installation by DaBella and today 2/7/24 I spoke with a DaBella leadership member who says we MUST pay 50% of the total fee if I want to opt out, or simply proceed and pay in full. Problems with Product/Service I answered an ad on ******** that offer FREE window replacement if your windows were before ****. A salesman from DaBella appears the next day at my house, which I ***own and lies, pressures him and harasses him for 5 hours straight into BUYING a new roof and windows .WE DID NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH DABELLA. Advertising/Sales Issues At the beginning of November 2023 a representative from Dabella came to my mother's house to sell her windows. She did not call them they just appeared at her door. They did not leave until they made the sale and charged her debit card for $20,000.00. She was told that the windows would not be installed until March ****.
