Problems with Product/Service If I could I would give -5 stars!! Had siding done by DaBella back in ********************************************************* some placed because the siding was not spaced correctly. They also used finishing nails in the siding to correct some of the bowing that was happening right after the install. Within about 6 months the finishing nails pulled through the siding and has left small holes. Problems with Product/Service about a three weeks ago we had a salesperson come in and look at our windows. and then we "signed a contract"after which he said an installer will get in contact with us. this was before thanksgiving. we have gotten no calls and my wife called them today and we weren't even in the system.this company is a scam company that filled a false add on ******** saying no payments til **** but yet told me and my wife we had to pay 500 down.
Advertising/Sales Issues In late September 2023, a Salesman from DaBella ************************ was walking the neighborhood pitching a new window sales pitch. I was busy at the moment, so he offered to give me a quote the next day, of which 2 associates came by. My windows are in decent condition but I figured an inspection and quote couldn't hurt. Problems with Product/Service We signed contracts with DaBella involving new roof, ****** and gutter on 7/29/2023. The estimated finish date was 8/28/2023.The materials got delivered in August, but the installation did not get start until 10/23/2023, after our multiple calls and their multiple broken promises. Advertising/Sales Issues On May 24th, 2023 ********* salesman **** arrived, measured my windows and sliders, and we were chatting, and he informed me it was his birthday, after that we were taking shots of ******* . I think about 5. He came up with a price of $ ******+, and I told him no way would I pay that price for (2) sliding glass doors and (2) windows. We settled, on a price of over $9000+. Guarantee/Warranty Issues Dabella replaced the roof under sheathing approximately 3 years ago at *******************************************************. With this work a flat patio cover was also reroofed under the same contract. A 20-year warranty was issued for the tile roof but no limitation of length of warranty on the flat roof was provided. Problems with Product/Service The workmanship was very bad, the windows are leaking which I found by wet curtains. This is doing damage to frame and sheetrock . I ve made numerous attempts to reach customer service about this problem they send me to another person who tells me someone will contact me and be out to look at it. I've spent days on this with the same results no call backs or any contact with me. I have tried for 2 yrs to get this resolved with no response.
Guarantee/Warranty Issues Windows were installed in our home in Feb 2023. One of the screens did not fit the window. They said we would have to pay for a new screen, plus travel and installation. Problems with Product/Service Odered window and sliding door replacement on 6/02/2023 Gave them a down payment of $1500.00 The install date was 9/22/2023 which they never showed up for, they came the next day to install.
