Problems with Product/Service Pushy, stalker salesmen sold ** siding with the free window and install promo in July ********************** Sept 2023 for an Oct 2023 siding install Appt for install make for Wed. Installers no show, no call. Installers come Fri - no call heads up Siding installed with MULTIPLE, obvious gaps. Siding design spatially ignored and off balance throughout. Problems with Product/Service Dabella employees came onto my property today (and in the past pretty often) even though I have several NO TRESPASSING signs, as well as a NO SOLICITING SIGN on my door. When I answered the door, I told them "Not intersted, and no soliciting please." Problems with Product/Service Last July we had a new roof installed on our home. In early August our roof flooded and our celling collapsed on us as we slept. This caused major damage to our home. After many weeks of fighting with their insurance we had to pay money out of our pockets for some of the repairs. Problems with Product/Service Trespass by Dabella representatives. Notifications at each entrance to the community clearly state No Soliciting yet Dabella representatives are ignoring and placing door hangers on homes, This has occurred twice within a 2 week period. In addition to a lack of respect of the posted prohibition on solicitation, door hangers that are not removed by residents, particularly during a holiday season, may indicate a homeowner's absence creating an invitation for thieves to burglarize homes. Problems with Product/Service One window frame is bent, and screen doesnt fit correctly. Four incorrect style windows sent originally and had to agree to pay an extra $2000 for replacement windows even though it was DaBellas reps ******** Two windows do not close all the way. Its been 6 mo. since I signed the contract and gave a $1000 deposit. One of the four windows that needed replaced was incorrect a second time, and Im still waiting for that replacement. Problems with Product/Service I would give them -5 if I could. They will not stop calling me no matter how many times I have told them I am no longer interested. They will not stop. Daily. Holidays. Doesn't matter they just will not let up. I will never use them or recommend them ever. ************ just keeps calling me everyday! I have told them I am not interested multiple times already. I'm about to file a restraining order.

Problems with Product/Service DaBella sent an email with a reimbursement amount at the time of signing final paperwork. The reimbursement amount was $21,502.04. Final paperwork was signed 8/28/23. No reimbursement was sent. Upon reaching out, they are stating the reimbursement is now only $982.00. They are changing the cost AFTER final paperwork and job completion. The reimbursement is due to DaBella changing the contract after original signing. They would not give an updated total until final paperwork signing and the email... read more

Guarantee/Warranty Issues 11 Windows purchased and installed in Feb 22. The original install was never completed to seal out water from dripping behind the siding of my home. The company pushed me to sign a document claiming it was complete otherwise I would loose credit, and would need to reapply for a loan.
