Problems with Product/Service Had a shower installed 1 1/2 year ago about 3-4 months later water started coming up out of my floorboards and water by shower they've sent 3 different people out to fix it but it was never fixed so now it was decided to just replace it and fix all damages ok fine but now it's 3 months later an still nothing is being done not even a phone call from there office ....I've been paying for a shower that I haven't been able to use for over a year
Problems with Product/Service We had a rep knock on our door (which has a no soliciting sign on it, that said, it was set for when we had stairs and a little low, but still easily visible). He claimed he wasn't soliciting (which clearly he was for the company). He told us he wasn't selling us anything, about a government subsidy we might qualify for based on our zip code, and that they had another promotion they could stack as well (buy 3 get 1 free), and was only offering a free inspection. Problems with Product/Service On 10/31/23 Salesman *************************** of DaBella window contracting company came to my house to discuss selling me windows installed. I agreed to have DaBella install 10 windows for me with the oral understanding that there was a legal cooling off period should I change my mind but I was not told how to let them know. Guarantee/Warranty Issues DaBella replaced our roof in late October 2023. After it completed the roof replacement we discovered that their employees had punctured a hole in one of the gutters. We contacted DaBella several times regarding this issue and emailed photos regarding the gutter, but we received no response. We even contacted their sales representative, *********************************, regarding the issue, but DaBella did not contact us regarding repair.
Problems with Product/Service DaBella was contracted to do our job in December of 2022. We had two of our bath/shower. From the moment of installation, there have been problems due to neglect. If more detail is needed on this I can provide. For the sake of everyone's time, I would just like to address the current issues we are dealing with. Problems with Product/Service A DaBella employee went knocking door to door and I answered the door on 10/20/23, as I was home sick. I accepted an offer for a free inspection (was told it would last 30 minutes). A salesperson ****** came by the next day to do the inspection and gave a sales pitch that lasted over two hours. We were urged to accept a deal on the spot, and we did after much pressure and put down $500 as a deposit. Problems with Product/Service On October 4th ************ came to my home to inspect my roof and said I did in fact need a new roof (shingles and underlayment). I was quoted $27,694 to replace roof. A few days later I was visiting with my neighbor and they had their roof replaced by DaBella the year before for a significant lower price of around $17,000. Problems with Product/Service We had our roof installed 10/2013. After a very short time, we were seeing water spots on our ceiling, directly corresponding to the roof vents. After a year of trying to get the company to come an take a look, and fix the problem, they sent a company inspector.
