Problems with Product/Service On October 26, 2023, I had a very positive experience with a window salesman from DaBella and decided to hire the company to replace 4 of my windows. I opened a line of credit and a hold in the amount of $5340.00 was placed on the account. On November 10, 2023, a technician was supposed to come out at 2pm to measure our windows. Problems with Product/Service Windows were installed in Jan 2023. In May, I discovered one vertical slide window would not stay up when it was unlocked. I called DaBella Central ****** office in May (dont remember the exact date) got no response so left another message in June. ***** called me back and left a voicemail 6/22/23 stating she would open a ticket. Problems with Product/Service 10-27-23 recently we had been contacted by a sales representative about a siding replacement, we chose not to at that time due to finances. We then had two representatives come to our house and was able to get us the same deal we were given before, but with a 12 month deferral on payments, so we agreed to follow through. Problems with Product/Service On August 29, 2023 we were solicited by two sales associates for Dabella. Throughout their sales pitch they used scare tactics to persuade us to purchase roofing and siding from them. Telling us that we had hail damage, and even calling their manager for approval for a price change and quoting "we have a doozy of house here with a lot of issues". Problems with Product/Service We had Dabella install a walk in shower in 2022, after waiting months for the installation, when completed we were pleased with the outcome. On Nov. 5, 2023, I noticed the carpet in the walk in closet behind the shower was soaked. I turned off the water to the shower, called Dabella customer service, they said they would send someone out to look at the problem. Problems with Product/Service This was a siding job. Dabella completely ghosted us once contract was signed. They did not follow contract the way we had requested. The dumpster was placed in the street in front of our mailbox. ******** showed up so suddenly that we didn't have time to prep the house and the yard. ******** also didn't speak our language so we couldn't communicate what we wanted and they couldn't communicate what they could or couldnt do. Problems with Product/Service The two men this that disregarded posted signage disallowing solicitors are breaking state law. These tactics are invasive, uncomfortable, manipulative, and predatory. Problems with Product/Service August 26th 2023 a representative from DaBella Roofing (***********************) came to my house to sell me on having my roof re-done by DaBella. During our conversation everything sounded wonderful I chose to have my roof re-done, gutters and all the windows in my house. Problems with Product/Service Windows are a lifetime warranty, business has been contacted numerous times and they have said that they (DaBella Windows) contractors will call me asap. All of the windows are leaking and has caused damage inside the house.
