Billing/Collection Issues Two men came over to the house to talk to us and my son was here and I gave them $5,000 to repair the roof which I thought would be most of the payment. Problems with Product/Service On November 13, two representatives came out to look at the siding on my house. I was told the whole process would take ***** minutes at my house. They were here for hours longer and when I kept saying I need time to look over my finances and they would not leave and let me look and I felt I had to sign up to get new siding just to get them out of my house. Problems with Product/Service In June/2023, my husband *** and I signed a contract to have Dabella bath install a bath/shower in one bathroom, and a shower in another. Dabella indicated the bathroom would arrive in one month, and to outreach by the end of July. Problems with Product/Service Date of transaction 7/14/23 After install of roof they removed extra materials from site. Once i received the itemized invoice without prices i saw they are charging me for the materials also removed from the site. Advertising/Sales Issues DaBella charged me $150 for each sheet of plywood. They brought 24 sheets in but used 23. The ****************** who came to my house the day after the job was finished to collect the money I owed for the roofing job said they would pick up the extra sheet and credit me the $150 that they didnt use the very next day its been almost a month and a half they are not returning my calls.
