Problems with Product/Service I signed a contractors agreement with Dabella on 4/20/23 for a new roof and repairs. The amount that I would need financing on is ********* I told the salesman that I could not pay more than ****** per month, and if he could not find a company that would meet my terms then I would not have the work done. Problems with Product/Service I hired DaBella to replace ************ and paid the first half of the payment ($2,485) on 3/28/2023. The windows were installed on 5/11/2023. The installer left behind shards of metal on the ground, and the windows had significant movement within their frames. I contacted DaBella and sent them a video of the windows being loose. They sent a team out which stated that the windows were supposed to be loose and that they would fit better over time. I called again to complain and was told over the ... read more
Problems with Product/Service The start date was 6/1/2021. I contacted them 3 days after the install. There is a sink hole in the middle of the shower. The original contractor came back out and said he didn't want to bother to fix the problem. I contacted the manager in ******* ******. He stated he would send some one else. he never did. I have made so many phone calls to never hear anything in return. I have decided to file a small claims complaint against Dabella.
Advertising/Sales Issues On April 26th 2022 I had a tub and shower installed at a cost of approximately $4000. DaBella boast about quality goods that last a lifetime etc. About a week after the years warranty ran out I noticed that the shower rail was coming away from the shower wall. I phoned DaBella to let them know what had happened and spoke to a customer service supervisor. She disputed the fact that they had installed the fixtures and fittings. Problems with Product/Service DaBella came out to give me an estimate for window replacement in April of 2023. I signed a contract and paid a $2,000 deposit and arranged for monthly payments. between that date and now the technician did a no call/no show for measurements, and I received no word until 72 hours later when another appointment was made. Problems with Product/Service I was Approached by 2 people yesterday evening 6/20/2023 asking if the could have somebody come look at roof and talk about options tomorrow at 10:00 am the man arrives 10 to 15 minutes late and proceeds to tell me he needs to look at roof which is ok with me. Problems with Product/Service After going back and forth with questions, comments, reviewing literature I agreed to hire DaBella company to install a gutter system that removes the debris, specially the laves.They came, removed the old gutters and installed new ones, but the cover was not the one I asked for.I called the company and after couple week finally a supervisor came to check the job. Problems with Product/Service In July of 2021, we signed a roofing contract with DaBella. It has been a nightmare since day 1. They came and brought supplies a couple months later, the people parked a trailer with expired plates in our yard, began the process, then stopped. Then we get a call that we needed sheeting.
