Guarantee/Warranty Issues I purchased a roof and gutter replacement with DaBella in early 2023. The roof was installed in late April 2023 and the gutters were replaced a few weeks later. The fascia boards that were initially installed were warped, misaligned and poorly installed. After many requests, those were replaced and while better, are still not great for the price of this job. Problems with Product/Service I am a 78-year-old widow. In June 2022, the company hired contractor said the bath remodel was complete and they were paid in full at that time. It was subsequently discovered that shower handles were not secure, and damage done to the adjacent walls in one of the baths was not repaired. For over 15 months and multiple emails and phone calls, the company refuses to find and pay for someone to come and finish the job they were paid for! Problems with Product/Service Ordered 4 windows to be replaced. Was quoted over $10K with 1K down payment. Day of installment, all 4 windows came scratched and dirty. Had to get all glass replaced. The replacement glass was not installed properly and the contractors just added more sealant to fix any issues. Problems with Product/Service My husband died in Oct of 2021, I am new to how all this works but. I desperately needed a new roof. I had many estimates done and ultimately went with Dabella, although their bid was as much as twice the cost of others. We had problems from the start but managed to settle them. Billing/Collection Issues I hired DaBella to put a new roof on my house in August 2023. The first issue I had, within the first 2 hours of the roofers being at my house, I got a call, while at work, telling me they discovered there were more layers than originally estimated for removal, so the price was going to increase almost $15k. They provided me with a long extensive one-sided contract, in which they promise to install windows with a start date 7/23/23 and a completion date 7/31/23.DaBella completely ignored me, and never provided me with any information, and reason for a delay, or any sort of attempt to make this acceptable. Billing/Collection Issues When I agreed to purchase windows from DaBella, I was told I could have a 14 month loan deferral by the salesman. My windows were installed August 22, 2023. Guarantee/Warranty Issues Dabella installed our roof, gutters and leaf guards in 2020. I contacted them over a month ago regarding one of the metal pieces that flew off one of the leaf guards. I have no idea from where because I have a 2 story home. Also, there are corners where leaf guards were not installed. There should be full coverage because that's what we paid for. Problems with Product/Service The windows were purchased from my parents in ********. The windows have had air/water leaks since installation. My parents are elderly and my dad is disabled. They have been taken advantage of and when I came to visit, I saw the damage the leaks have caused, so I stepped in.
