Advertising/Sales Issues I wish I would have looked DaBella up on BBB before I had them replace my shower. It was installed for 7 days when I lost the water pressure to my shower. Problems with Product/Service Complaint 1. We agreed to have DaBella change the roof and install new gutters around June 20th of 2023 for $24,421.65. They installed them mid July, at the end of August I noticed that the ***** and gutters had a significant gap, some of the ***** put on also have a bit of shredding on them. Problems with Product/Service First discussed a replacement window with a junior salesman. Quality was poor and all my existing windows are Milgard replaced about 10 years ago. Next trip, junior salesman brought his high pressure boss with him and didn't seem to understand why I wouldn't pay $6000 for their vinyl clad windows. He informed my existing windows were bad. Problems with Product/Service New roof was put on last July/Aug. Roof leaked before project was completed. Overhang patio was completely removed ,was suppose to be covered. Have repeatedly call them and send emails with pictures and video of leaking. They put a trap on in July of this year. We have water damage in porch and living room.

The product was great and fast turn around, however their crew did damage to both our siding and window ***** and have ghosted us anytime we have emailed them. First email was sent within 1 week of install with photos of the damage. Problems with Product/Service On September 25th 2023, I was contacted by a representative from DaBella. I had been looking on-line into replacing my roof. This inquiry was not to DaBella, but to another company. I'm still not sure how they were alerted to my inquiry, but they were not the only company who contacted me almost immediately. Guarantee/Warranty Issues I purchased a roof and gutter replacement with DaBella in early 2023. The roof was installed in late April 2023 and the gutters were replaced a few weeks later. The fascia boards that were initially installed were warped, misaligned and poorly installed. After many requests, those were replaced and while better, are still not great for the price of this job.
