Problems with Product/Service 7/26/2023 my solar tube leaked during heavy rain storm. It did not leak with the old roof. I believe it was damaged during the installation of the new roof. Problems with Product/Service I have DaBella install windows in my house a few years ago. About a year later a window broke. The hardware for the window broke and the window no longer opens. Problems with Product/Service Date: 03/11/2023-05/15/23 Down payment: $650 Problem: it was inaccurately measured Solve: Blamed it on me didnt solve it I Singed the contract for 3 windows, they measured wrong , I noticed when they put it on the window. Problems with Product/Service Multiple calls to customer service with no resolution in sight Purchased a walk-in tub in May of 2019 for $21,000. DaBella uses sub contractors to do the work. The subcontractor pulled up several tiles in the bathroom which were not replaced, leaving the floor unfinished. We were wavering because they had lied to us a couple of times before the start.We have never seen the $500 check and its been over 2 months since it was promised to us. All we want is our $500! And to file it with you so others will know that they dont keep their promises.
