Problems with Product/Service Since moving into our residence two years ago, we have had no less than 15 visits from Da Bella trying to sell us their services. I have declined each time, called their corporate office, spoken to representatives in person and posted No Soliciting signs on my doors. I have also already filed a complaint to BBB about the constant harassment by this company. They continue to come to my door, ignoring the signs. I just want this business to stop coming to my house or calling me.
Problems with Product/Service Originally I had agreed to do my financing through 1st ************** However, I found a better rate through Puget Sound ************************* I was assured by *********** that it was no problem to change the financing as that wouldn't go through until after the work was done. Problems with Product/Service I turned down one of their salesmen and he got very aggressive with me. He insulted me, my family, my house, and my job, and it seemed like he was trying to physically intimidate me. He did not leave my property until after I told him to leave multiple times.

Problems with Product/Service DaBella had me sign a contract (after 5 hours f high pressure sales tactics) saying they only had one spot left on their schedule, but that I had three business days to cancel. I cancelled on the first business day. They are still charging me almost $14,000 a weeks and a half later in spite of having talked to them several times by phone. A credit was issued on the 18th by them, but then it was cancelled while it was still pending. Im getting nowhere.

Problems with Product/Service ****** hired sub contractor to do roof and gutters. Roof was done. Gutter were 98% done. Problems with Product/Service Company will not cancel contract even though I have repeatedly told representative that I can't do it. Agreed to roof replacement. Problems with Product/Service On 08-15-2023 Two of your Representatives ignored the two No Soliciting signs ****** posted at my Front door. This is unacceptable and a practice that is getting out of Control in *****. I will not be purchasing from any company that doesn't respect the laws and our community.
