Problems with Product/Service We had a new roof installed Dec 22 2022. By January we had several missing shingles. We called to put in a repair and were told they would "expedite" the ticket and we would get a call to let us know when they would be coming. Didn't hear anything back so in March we reached out again and were told another ticket was put in. Problems with Product/Service While there is more to be said about what happened here, my complaint is as follows. The job that was agreed upon in the contract was not completed to the specifications of the contract in that a full resheet was not done and all the sheets of ply were returned to the company however the money for the sheets of plywood and the labor associated with the resheet have not been returned. Problems with Product/Service We had them install siding and their caulk work left gaps for water to get in. Instead of putting blocks for our exterior lights, they just put a fat bead of caulk around the light, looking like a botched diy job. They also destroyed our shingles in various locations for water to get through to the roof. After they installed the gutters, I found that water has been dripping out of our soffit. Problems with Product/Service on july 19 the construction company came out and inspected our roof at *****************. they said our roof had hail damage and needs to be replaced. they estimated our roof to be around $30,000. they asked for a $500 down payment and said they would contact the insurance company on our behalf. on august 1st the construction company sent the installers out to my house without my knowledge and without insurance agreement for coverage. the construction company should have waited until the insuran... read more
Problems with Product/Service June 12, 2023 I had a Dabella salesperson come to my home to give me an estimate for a new shower. The salesperson had forgotten his iPadI so he had to return the next day to finish up stuff. I had to sign everything on a phone which I could hardly see and had to trust that he was telling the truth. I gave him a ******* deposit which would not be deducted until June 23. Problems with Product/Service On September we paid ********* less our down payment of ***** plus sales tax of $1,366 total due of $16,554. After product arrived. We waited quite some time to have the bath installed. When the tub was delivered it was too small. They had to order a new tub. When the replacement tub was sent it was too high. Problems with Product/Service DaBella installed a sliding glass patio door and screen last summer (September) at our ********************************** home. The screen door seems warped and is too difficult to open or close. Pictures of the cockeyed screen were sent to DaBella. Problems with Product/Service I had DaBella come out for a free Quote on 8/2. During this quote we discussed all of the options for our siding replacement and it came out to about $39,000 which unfortunately was out of our budget at this time. *************************** the lead salesman was very pushy when we informed him unfortunately this is out of our budget and we wouldn't be able to move forward at this time. Problems with Product/Service DaBella salesman can out April 1, 2023, he stated DaBella would complete my fascia, roof, and gutters all in one day - I thought that was impressive!?
