We had the worst experience not once but twice at the only 2 locations in San Antonio. Would not recommend going there. The first location we went to (Ingram) did not even TRY to find a purse that was left behind. When we called they said it wasn’t there. We were looking back at pictures of our dresses and saw the purse in the photos. It wasn’t until we called and threatened to go back with the cops that they found it. They know what they are doing, they don’t rush you in to anything you don’t want. They don’t rush you in and out. You take as long as you need.

Sale associate that helped us with our bridesmaids dress shopping appointment was the absolute rudest. She acted like she didn't want to be there and that she was bothered that my bridesmaids wanted to try on various dresses.

BEWARE!! I went to this store to order a dress two weeks ago. They did not have it in store so they did an online order and shipped to my house. They did not warn me about their horrible return policy. I placed the order on Jan 4 and I guess they only give people a week to return (by Jan 11) but I didn’t receive the dress until January 15th. Do not buy here!! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Purchased a flower girl dress over the phone and before I gave the girl my credit card info I asked if I could return it if it doesn’t work out bc the wedding is in California and we may not go bc of uncertain times. She said yes within 7 days. I called on the 7th day to return over the phone and was told it could only be returned bc they needed my signature. Really?? REALLY?? Hi, I had my appointment today and the woman who helped us out today was very nice and kind. What I did not appreciate was it seemed that they only carried sizes 0-6. Then they jumped to size 23 and up. And these were the only bridesmaid dress sizes they had in store, for guests to try on. Where were sizes 8-22? I feel like this is not body inclusivity. Disappointed with our trip yesterday. The manager quickly shut down the bridal party helping the bride pick out choices. The bride asked everyone in the party to pick out there choices. Unlike the glamorous experience you see on the shows this was nothing close. The manager told us not to make it stressful for the bride. Maybe she read this in a manager handbook but unless you know our friend she thrives on knowing everyone helped choose the best dress for her.
