This is by far the worst David’s Bridal Springfield location that I have ever been to. The whole staff was very disrespectful, racist, and discourteous. I purchased a dress and returned to get the dress Altered only to be disrespected by Miranda the women who altered my dress. In the middle of my scheduled alteration my privacy was invaded with three other guest. Miranda stopped in the middle of my alteration, told the other women to step up on the stage with me and started altering her dress. The list goes on. The accommoda... read more

I’m am a bridesmaid in my brothers wedding and when we first went here to try on and find our dresses they whipped me around so much with dresses they had me try on like 8 and they couldn’t get any of them the ones they made me try on saying they could get, I finally found one the last one they had me try on and it wasn’t my favorite but it’s the only one they could get and then I went to pick it up today and they were all so rude the customer service is crappy and I’m not super happy with my dress either. just now I purchased my dress last September and loved it. My appointment went great, I adored Dylan who helped me find exactly what I was looking for and my dress was delivered far before the expected date! Unfortunately, I had a horrible second appointment. Messed up a couple of my wedding party's dresses three times as well as it's partner, Men's Wearhouse canceled one of my wedding party's suits without telling us until we get there (when they told us we could pick it up) THREE DAYS before the wedding. Still had to pay full price for all of these outfits which is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and no one willing to take the blame. 0/10 would not recommend.

I would not suggest getting a dress of any sort here. I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress here, at this location. When I was called to be notified that it was ready for pick up, they basically gave me 3 days to pick it up or it was going back out on the rack for sale, I live 2 hours away, there was no way I can just drop what im doing and hop skip and jump out there after work to pick up a dress, they offered to ship it, so i said ok. Do not believe on the person who is helping you! They sell you a bigger dress just for you to make adjustments and have to pay more! I’m very dissatisfied with what happened to me!

If you are looking to spend less than $200 do it online . The store literally has nothing less than $299 on the sales racks. I need a size 14/16 and there were two dresses on the sales racks and neither were under $200. Pretty disappointed.
