Awful terrible place, we ordered all these things from them to work around the dress and they shipped the wrong size and refuse to give us a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Oh and Walter from customer service was rude and very upset knowing that we were recording the phone call even though he said our call was being recorded. Walter is an asshole and I will keep bashing David’s Bridal until we get our money back 100%.

I have had the absolute worst experience with them. I get married In 10 days and this is the second time they have had to fix my junior bridesmaid dress first time I couldn’t even tell you what they did but it didn’t fit so the manager was being very nice and said she would fix it. My mom went to pick the dress up today which I was told last week that the dress would be ready today. I was promised today at 4pm. How about my mom gets there and the dress wasn’t even done. We were told at my daughters final fitting to wait until closer to the wedding date and to bring her veil back and it would be steamed at no additional charge. When we tried to get it steamed there was an additional charge for the service. Above all else the person I talked to was very crabby about the whole situation.

I had a very bad experience with an employee in the alterations department. My consultant, Taylor, was wonderful! I had a very good experience trying on the dresses and she listened to me on what I did and did not like. I ended up purchasing my dress that day in March. My dress is beautiful and fit perfectly! The only alteration that was needed was a small bustle for the small train on my dress. I had then scheduled an alterations appointment for late June or early July. DO NOT BUY YOUR DRESS IN STORE! Go in, try on dresses, find the one you like and then leave! Order the dress online! I went in there with a few other bridesmaids. The dress I wanted that I found online was discontinued so I had to look for something else. The salesperson found a dress similar that I was in love with but didn't come in the color I needed. Not sure why she showed it to me since she knew it wasn't in the color I needed. I finally found another dress but the sample was very loose in the boob area. They didn't m... read more

First, I want to start off by saying, that never has anyone been rude or mistreated me in anyway shape or form... but dealing with David's bridal has been such a crappy experience! 2 of my 5 bridesmaid dresses were not correct when they were delivered. They were willing to exchange one and gave us trouble about the other. My wedding dress has 4 imperfections and i was told when i picked it up they would do the alterations for free to fix the imperfections and they would charge for the remaining ones. When i came in they were charging me to fix the imperfections that were in the dress before i even got the dress. I went to this location this past Saturday, with my aunt, who is the bride-to-be, along with a few relatives. My aunt is planning to get married soon so she came from Baton Rouge to look at dresses, unaware that you needed to schedule an appointment prior to coming. We were treated very rudely by the ladies at the desk. My aunt was prepared to purchase a dress so we asked if we could still look around.
