I would not reccomend davids bridal. While their prices are decent I have never experienced such a poorly run business. First the lady that did my first fitting measured me wrong, kept bringing me items I said I wasn’t interested in and overall made me uncomfortable. The second time i was in the store I asked for a different sales person, she was great; however, THEY ORDERED THE WRONG DRESS! I got all 7 of my bridesmaids dresses, 3 flower girls dresses as well as my own dress here. All of my maids dresses were ordered 6-8 months prior to my wedding. One of my maids lives out of state and ordered her dress from her local store there. Months later she look at her receipt to find her dress should have arrived. When she called she was told that had NO sign of a dress for her at the store or that one was even ordered in the system. Mind you she paid for it in full and had her receipt. RecommendedThe rep that assisted me name was Alexis. She was awesome! She took her time to look for designs I was interested in and answered all my questions. I said "Yes to the Dress" to the first dress I tried on. I was so excited that I found my dress so quickly. I was just going in to look around. Extraordinary Service was given.
