I had purchased a dress for my sister for her big day and since day one has been the worst experience. I had called a few times stated they would call me back and waited and nothing called Again a few hours later and got a nasty tone from kate. I would NOT recommend going to David’s Bridal. 3 times dealing with them and have received bad customer service - each time. I paid my account off on January 13th - the due date. My payment was Late by a couple hours. The deadline is 6pm central time. I thought my account was paid off and clear. I realized they charged me a late fee and then charged me another late fee for being late on the late fee. I called to see if they would clear off the fees and close my account. The only reason I gave this place a 2 instead of a 1 is because I did find my dress there. The first time I went there the girl at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. Thankfully that day I had a very nice lady help me try on wedding dresses and was very patient and helpful. When I went to pick up my dress, I had made an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. We were about to buy around 15 dresses (bridesmaids and flower girl dresses) and an employee said “you have 15 minutes to decide if you want the dresses or not, if you don’t decide, make another appointment because we are busy” I have to say....the store was empty! Terrible zero stars!! . I bought a dress before valentines day in febuary and the zipper was broken, so they sent it to alteration to have it fixed. It took them a month to fix a zipper... the wedding is March 17 keep in mind. My appointment to pick up the dress was March 11. I put the dress on. It was the wrong size in it entire. Then they wanted me to go to the pines location get a bigger size and bring it back to the sunrise location for alterations.
