I have sent at least a dozen messages and called several times. I had the worst experience here and would really appreciate a manager getting back to me asap.

I bought my wedding dress from David’s Bridal in Gainesville and had an amazing experience. I took my bridesmaids and flower girl to the altamonte location and had a terrible experience. We had an appointment and were told my flower girl couldn’t try anything on because we wouldn’t have time. Our stylist introduced herself and then disappeared until we were ready to leave. I am a bride to be and recently visited David’s Bridal in Robinson PA. It is very unfortunate that I have had nothing but a frustrating time while getting my wedding gown. Everyone says it’s suppose to be the time of your life & fun. I have to say I have had the opposite feelings while dealing with this particular store. The day of my appt I was a given my consulatant who seemed to be new to the store. She was friendly but not overly friendly nor very helpful. The worse return policy and customer service. I had an appointment for my bridesmaids and I wanted to look at accessories and veils and was told I needed an appointment. Ordering online was the way to go since dealing with anyone there was like the customer doesn’t matter. They are just there to get paid and that’s it. Then the order that can in did not fit so it needed to be returned. If I could they wouldn’t even get one star. The woman that helped us would not let us go look around at the dresses. We had to go off their dress chart and pick two dresses. And the bride had to explain to the woman 3-4 times that we were picking out our own style(none of us will have the same dress). We felt extremely rushed. We had 1 hour for 4 girls. And only 2 dressing rooms. She finally got another dressing room but 2 of us had to try on dresses in one room. She didn’t seem to care weather we liked the dress or not. She... read more

My stylist was by herself with me and another bride I didn’t get the full attention I deserved it wasn’t the stylist fault but I fell she needed help over all I got a dress but I felt I was rushed
