I don't think this place could have been any more disorganized. Apparently, you were "overbooked" so our group was stuffed in a corner with no chairs for any of us including my 90 year old grandmother. The dresses that were reserved, supposedly, for us to try on were not, so the lady in charge of our appointment had to run around to find different sample sizes. Disorganized. Chaotic. And just piss poor service.

If I could give you negative 10 I would. Your return policy is bullshit. Had a surprise pregnancy dress won't fit still in bags with tags on had dress for a week. Poor management. Will never recommend.

I’m giving the store a 2 star rating only because Sara the consultant tried very hard to help. It just seemed like she was being stretched throughout the store. We were told to sign in and that was all the help we received until Sara. We basically found and sold ourselves the dress. If we weren’t on a time crunch I would not have bought a dress from this store. I will probably not shop here again.

Have been waiting on a refund for over 5 months now. Now they cant even find me in their system. Will never shop at a davids bridal again.

Walked in, "be with you in a minute " waited, finally walked through the store came back..."I'll be with you in a minute " with a smirk in her face. I asked another lady for help and she directed me to the same girl...bye! Very poor service.

If it were just a matter of buying a dress, I'd give them 4 stars. However, based on the alterations experience - not a chance. Even before my daughter walked in to alterations not done, there was another bride there with the same issue. They overcharge for alterations as it is - but then to not follow through with what they are supposed to do.... that's worse. Very dissatisfied with their alterations department.

This is by far the WORST place to buy anything from. If I didn’t need a dress immediately I would have gladly went somewhere else! Their customer service is terrible they ignored me and acted annoyed I was there. And did not help me at all. I seriously sat with dresses in my hand after asking my consultant to get a dressing room for 15-20 mins and had to chase her down the store and ask her 3 times for a fitting room! My appointment on Monday March 12, was not up to the expectations I have for David's Bridal , after several trips to David's Bridal stores for multiple weddings I have been a part of in the past. The dresses here were filthy (covered in make up and smelt of b.o. so bad girls didn't want to try on the dresses.), many were broken and tattered.
