Worst experience I’ve ever seen. We walk in just wanting to LOOK at dresses and not even try them on. All I wanted to do was find the sku from a bridesmaid dress that I liked to send to my girls so they could buy from their local David’s. But the lady at the front that greeted us was extremely rude to us because we didn’t have an appointment! Well, needless to say, I did not feel welcome here at all and took my business elsewhere.

I never leave reviews, ever, but I had such a terrible time at David’s Bridal today. I felt like employees were 100% inattentive. They were literally juggling a billion clients. Why would a company double or triple book appts for one stylist?? Makes no sense! Makes it really frustrating for everyone. I booked my appointment a week out, I expected someone to at least honor that appointment. Anyways... This place is literally a joke. I went for a bridesmaid dress and they wouldn’t shut up long enough to listen to what I was looking for. Then, the girl helping me measured me. Obviously her measuring tape was broken. She told me I needed a 14 (which I knew was wrong as I’ve worked in a bridal store before). I was swimming in a 14 and ended up needing a 6. The place was literally a zoo. No thanks. On the plus side we literally laughed all day at how ridiculous I looked in a size 14.

We went there for a prom dress. The person helping us made us look for all the dresses and carry them back-and-forth. She was never around for us to ask any questions.

The moment I walked in I got starred down. Very rude and unprofessional. Nobody in there wanted to help me payoff the dress for my step daughter senior prom. Constant nasty looks. Needless to say my money won’t be spent there again.
