Our stylist, Dhea, was wonderful. She listened to what we wanted and was very open and honest with expected arrival times, etc. What wasn’t great? The fact that they mixed my party up with a different one so they had my wedding date wrong which caused an issue with the dress color we wanted, they weren’t prepared for my 3 bridesmaids and shoved them all into one room, and our stylist was working with atleast 3 or 4 other groups. Long review: long story short, stay the heck away from this place!!! Originally, I had given this place a 5 star review. I think I was so excited to have just bought my dress that I was just elated in general. Had a terrible experience. Went in on Dec 3rd, found my dress. I was told that it was ordered and I could put it on layaway. I was told that the dress would arrive in March. I went in on Feb 1st to make my final layaway payment. As I was leaving the store they called me and told me that my dress had arrived early and was actually at the store. Poor management. Had the Manager hang up on me twice. Wish I never puchased my wedding gown here! Same for my bridesmaids and flower girl dresses!

This is the nicest David’s bridal I have been in however look can be deceiving. The customer service is awful our lady gave us 90mins and within the first 60expected the bride to be done trying on dresses & pick the one she kinda liked. She refused to pull anymore dresses which made no sense because we still had 30mins. We hoped for better service here considering the Dayton location is just as crappy..

I tried on many dresses at David's prior to my wedding and while I didn't purchase my dress there, I returned to purchase my bridesmaid's dresses there because of the incredible service I received during each visit. I recently accompanied one of my best friends to her first bridal appointment and she chose David's because of the good experiences myself and many friends have had. It would have been great if our consultant hadn't been so wrapped up with another client. She brought my daughter four dresses and a strapless bra and *poof!* she was gone. There were a couple times we managed to attract her attention as she scuttled by carrying dresses and accessories for the other client, but we were pretty much left on our own to re-hang and re-bag the dresses, find accessories, etc. When my daughter picked her dress, some completely different consultant came over with the bell for her to ring and rattl... read more
