I am only giving 1 star cause I can't give 0. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced my whole life. They do not honor their prices, their are rude and very misleading. Do not believe in the clock in their website, they keep changing the prices despite of the promising time the sale will last. A good customer service would put the customer in first place. First and last time here. Oh, and if you do not like walk-ins, you should let people know (they are very busy with their appointments...)

So I had every bride's worst nightmare happen to me yesterday... I found the perfect dress at David's Bridal Grewnfield and decided to get it altered with a seamstress my sister in law used for her wedding gown. Long story short... My beautiful Jewel Vintage Rose a-line dress with a BEAUTIFUL lace hem is RUINED because she cut the lace in half. Queue my fiancé and multiple bridesmaids freaking out over the whole thing. I have never experienced poor customer service until I came here. The first time I went, I came bridesmaid dress shopping. And the girl we had was absolutely dreadful. She didn't talk to us, seemed completely disinterested in us as we were shopping. She acted as though we were nor potentiald customers at all. However, despite my disappointment. Thanks for making me terrible about my body Davids bridal. Went to try on a bridesmaid dress just for them to say they don’t carry my size and that I can go to a different store after I already took off work drive an hour and a half to come there. I asked to try on a 28 and a 30 and she brought me a 24 and 26... did I magically lose weight in five minutes? Sorry you lost the whole bridal parties business. I’m gonna go drink beer and eat now since I’m too fat for your store anyways.

I chose this David’s Bridal for my bridesmaids’ dresses after having a great experience for my sister’s wedding this past summer. My experience with them for my wedding has been nothing but a hassle. First, I go with my bridesmaids to pick out the dresses and the girl measuring them was “looking at the wrong book” for the corresponding size, so half of my bridesmaids had to re-order a different size after they came in.
