The first time my sister(bride), the bridesmaids and I(made of honor) went here, we had 2 appointments booked back to back. One for bridesmaids and one for the bride. The lady helping us was kind of rude but at least was helpful which is the only reason for 2 stars verses 1. We thought we found the dresses in both appointments. We were all so excited! Horrible customer service, they over book, you do not get one on one dedicated attention and what is the purpose of booking an appointment when it is not adhered too.

I can took my Daughter , Nikki we really enjoyed looking at all the gowns , we were able to look at all of them , she tried on so many, and I was so happy that she found her Wedding Dress, they were pretty busy , lots of wedding coming up this summer, but they could have offered us water after awhile it got stuffy,

When I went it for my last fitting for my dress they fixe one little part that I wanted fix and then mai showed my mom how to put my train up and then I said yes to the dress the second time

What an absolutely awful experience! I even gave them the opportunity to resolve the issue it took nearly 2 months for follow up and then there was a simple, "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do!" STAY AWAY... also the Versa dress seems to be defective, I spent a good portion of my wedding dinner removing the boning from the dresses. Thank you DB for demonstrating how a company should NOT handle customer complaints!

Honestly, I have never dealt with David's Bridal firsthand! But I heard today from the person who does my nails etc. that she ordered a dress from David's Bridal and though she does like the dress, she isn't happy with the store at all!! This girl is an immigrant, saving up money so she can go to school (to train to do something other than doing people's nails!) I recently visited David's Bridal in Saginaw to get bridesmaids dresses. The experiences was not the greatest to say the least. The person that was supposed to be helping us was double booked and she seemed very new. She seemed overwhelmed with having to take care of two different groups. She barely gave my bridesmaids the time of day. She didn't ask for the style I was looking for and she didn't offer up any ideas for my girls to try on.
