Very nice lady trying to help me find a dress but way to busy and felt very rushed and stressed. To big of a store and felt like we were all in the way of ppl walking by or consultants finding dresses for other brides to be! Definitely not going back!! Ever!

I have been to Other David’s Bridal’s before but I’ve never seen it so busy. They over book the consultants. Why do you have a consultants working with brides and a mom of the groom at the same time. It really takes away from the brides experience. Also my consultant while she was very nice and asked a lot of question’s she never asked the most important question; my budget. She had me looking in dress that was $500-$800 over my budget! While I did find my dress, I will not be returning to David’s Bridal for any of the brida... read more

I had the worst experience here today. I left the store very upset and went a got my dress elsewhere. The lady wouldn't bring much of a selection of dresses. My sister and best friend helped more than the lady. Wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone.

So far I have nothing but terrible experiences with this store. When getting on my own bridal gown I was given no attention at all which made the experience unenjoyable. Last night I went back with my bridesmaids to look for dresses for them. We arrived early to look at dresses. Our appointment was at 5:00 and at 5:20 the woman “helping” still hasn’t come over to introduce herself or ask if we needed help. We had to track her down in order to get her to help us at all. I stopped by last week to look for a wedding dress. Upon arriving, I was told to go and look through the dresses while she went to find out if they had any of the styles I previously picked out online. For one, they didn't have any of the ones I wanted to try. Two, it took me and my party of 3 others about 40 minutes to even find something within my price range. I set my January 20th appointment in December. I arrived on time to my appointment met with my consultant and started looking for dresses while i waited for my wedding party to show up. My experience was short changed by the srore beinf extremely over crowded . Over crowded is an understatement. I was expected to stay in my changing room and my guest crowd around the door.
