Horrible! My sister was shoved in the back surrounded by prom girls for her appointment! The lady who was “helping” her kept walking away and missed seeing her in like all of her dresses and didn’t help her get into her dresses, I had to stand in the tiny room to help my sister. Then Kelly after being absent from My sisters whole appointment came up and said I am gonna help another bridal party so I’ll bounce back and forth. Very unimpressed. Came to look for a dress for my sister. I let Theresa know beforehand that my sister had extreme anxiety and would like a corner room. When she let the person in charge of the dressing rooms know, that woman was verbally ignorant about our request(maybe not say rude things and let your face show your annoyance). I’m very disappointed in the service received here. We went on January 14th for a dress I saw online as part of the $99 sale. It wasn’t in the store which I understand, our consultant was still able to order it. We were told it would be available the middle of February. I received a call from a manager on 1/25 notifying me the dress I had ordered 11 days prior was not available and was also conveniently not on sale anymore. Very dissapointed of sending my fiance to this place! Apparently the ladies there (including the manager) were in a hurry to close the store on Friday during their last appointment of 7.30pm-9pm. They only allowed my fiance to try 4 dresses and told her "you can continue looking but you cannot try anymore dresses". They were also very disrespectful with my cusing when she was undecided on which dress to select by telling her "you already saw that one" well, who cares! - as a man, I know that women need to see and try their ... read more

Please people, DO NOT waste your time with this corporation. Their bathroom hasn't worked since Dec, you have to go across the street to the men's warehouse! 0 stars. Very disappointed with this store and the employee manager.

Although I felt like cattle being herded it was a good experience. My consultant Morgan was very helpful and ultimately I ended up falling in love with her suggestion. She was very quick and could tell I was nervous. Had 8 people with me so that part was a little crazy with no seetongnbut we managed. I would def come again for my bridesmaids
