I received the worst customer service from David Bridal today. This was my 2nd trip to the Augusta, Ga location and both times my service representative was Cass. She was impatient, had a bad attitude and her service was down right terrible!

Wow, I have never been so disappointed in customer service in my life! My daughter and I were looking for a grad dress last night and the staff wild very rude. The young man who saw us ..looked away, finally I asked if she could try the dresses on she selected, he told me I had to go to the welcome desk, which is fine however, the girl at the welcome desk as not polite either. Waited quite a while for an associate to help us despite having an appointment. Then once we had picked a dress and sizes she disappeared and never came back to tell us everything was in the system and we could go order and pay for our dress.

We had TERRIBLE customer service. Consultant did not pull according to the budget so we had to go look and find what we were looking for. The manager st the store was no help either. Over all the whole store sucked. Brides...Stay away from this store!!!

When I first walked through the door , the lady who came to welcome us made a few digs at us for not setting an appointment and then because we had a couple kids. She made us feel not welcomed as soon as we walked into the doors. Then I was sent to start looking as someone would be there to help me in a moment. Only helpful when you’re handing them money. Bought $600 worth of dresses from them in the past but it doesn’t matter unless you’re there to buy more. Also when someone calls beforehand to make sure about something, don’t waste my time to drive there and then tell me no when you already told me yes on my question. Totally wasted my time today.

I went in and purchased my wedding gown and it was placed in a cheap plastic dress bag instead of the nice fabric zipped up ones for storing it, so my dress is hanging out of a bag and not very protected. It’s in a bad that you might put a prom grown or bridesmaid dress in, but not a wedding gown. Not what I was expecting and pretty disappointed that this is what I got. It was okay for my first appointment. When I asked about layaway it wasn't explained to me but you better believe their in house financing program was! Had to go on the website and find the information myself. The manager was nice but I felt like it was disorganized and only got to try on 1 of the dresses I picked out from my favorites I saved in the app.

Employees are rude! Dresses are poor quality! Called corporate twice and never got return phone call. Go anywhere else!!!
