I can't believe this page has a 3.6 rating. Due to the experience my sister had I am also writing a negative review, and I may actually ask others to do a negative review just based on our experience alone-- I never write reviews-- The consultant was late, uninterested and clearly hated her job. If you read the review from Nadeen Berzins you can get the details. I have never wanted a business to close more after reading how many people have had a bad experience here. DO NOT GO HERE

If you walk in the door and your dress assistant is Shelbee, turn around and walk out. She was not helpful or pleasant at all. She kept disappearing during my fitting. I always had to ask her for assistance with clipping the dresses. She never took the initiative to help at all. My family that was with me carried my dresses that I picked out around until one of the other employees felt sorry for us and came to hang them up for me. Treated my future dil awful!! Wouldn't step foot in door!
I definitely had an experience I won't forget at this location. I had an appointment to find a wedding dress, that I went to with my sister, where we were directed to only look at the full price gowns until our consultant arrived. We were not shown where we could find anything on clearance. We arrived on time and after about 5 minutes of browsing found a few dresses in my price range. Our consultant was 20 minutes late so we spent 15 more minutes looking at the same dresses over and over when I was ready to either try and... read more

One star seems a little dramatic, but I certainly don’t feel like I was treated “fairly” either. As soon as I mentioned that I came in to see an advertised dress for $99 it was like my friend & I were invisible. That same $99 dress I was told on the phone three hours prior was IN STORE, it wasn’t. The sales gal assigned to me appeared very uninterested & I just thought she was having an off day & wasn’t going to let her put a damper on my first time trying on dresses.
