Was there for 2 1/2 hours found nothing tried on everything but what I asked for had to get my family to go get me dresses. Too crowded couldn’t even look in a mirror. no mirror in change room so I had no idea how it looked until I got out but there was so many people I couldn’t even look. Needs a better system and set up.

Very sad to see you all have such horrible customer service at your Independence location! Stephanie that answered the phone had attitude when she answered then puts me on hold and forgets I am on hold. So when I call back she tells me she can’t look to see if a dress I tried on is still available. The dress I really wanted was from there but will be looking elsewhere now!

I had an appointment at 2... the women continuously helped others without appointments before they got to me. After they got to me, the employee kept disappearing and I would have to hunt all over the store to find her. They also did not have the brides dress picks correct so I'm going to have to go BACK and bring the bride with me. Would not recommend this place until they hired a few more employees and got more organized/time effective

I scheduled my Appt a month prior. Not impressed that I had 1 Fitting room for all my Bridesmaids. Also the sales person had another appt at the same time. I felt very rushed to check out and leave .

The sales rep helping us was very kind and eager to help me find what it was I was looking for but unfortunately she was scheduled to have two brides at the same time. She literally was running the whole time trying to help me and the other bride. When I arrived to my appointment I had to fill out a huge questionnaire that didn’t have to do with the dress- just about my bridal party and whatnot...I didn’t see the point in that as it took up ten minutes of my appointment. I went to David's Bridal a couple of years ago with my daughter-in-law to be shopping for the fabulous $99 dresses they advertise. However, the staff treated us like we were shopping for cheap dresses, and they did not have a selection of different sizes with current Styles. What's the point?
