I had scheduled both my bridesmaids and wedding dress try on with back to back appointments last month not realizing it was a sale going on. Luckily i already had my bridesmaids dress selected they only needed to fitted. When it came time for me to try on weddding dresses we almost left becaise i was so overwhelmed, and almost in tears. For someone who spent thousands of dollars at David’s Bridal just about 3 months ago, I figured today I would have received the same great customer service I did when looking for a dress. I took 2 of my younger bridesmaids with me today, I drove 3 HOURS to even get to this store to only have the WORST help and customer service. We went shopping for a formal dress & the signage listed a sale price but the store would not honor it. They are looking into honoring it through corporate office... will come back here in next few days to reassess this posting!

This place is way to over crowded and the gowns are extremely dirty and very smelly. I tried one gown on that just reaked of body odour. The fitting rooms are a complete disappointment and very messy since there are so many woman trying on different dresses at the same time. I was given fitting room 13, right beside the hall for the bathroom so I kept having people walk across where I was coming out to show my gf’s the dress. Been there and the staff are not helpful at all. Asked the staff if there’s a dress available for my size and they just said, they have no idea.

This Arlington tx location was charging me $20 more. I had to call the Kansas City, MO location to get the price the other bridesmaids paid. The manager was not help. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION- what a rip off. Tried on my dress and had to order from another state. �

My sister had an appointment for trying on bridal gowns.We were told we would share our consultant with another person and would have limited seating.Ours brought 4 dresses to try and than one more.That is it,We had to go get dresses ourselves.At one point we came out and she was just sitting down.Going to go back another day,not on Saturday.

I pre selected several dresses before my appointment and when I arrived none of the dresses were in my selection. I was told my dresses were on clearance and could not be found. My appointment was from 12-1:30, at 1:20 I saw one of my favorite dresses on another guest and asked to try it on, I was told I only had 10 mins left and could not.
