I had an amazing experience with chelsie she's the most amazing person but when my sisters and my best friend and myself went into Davids bridal this Friday there was a woman with really short hair and dark lip stick on that was rude to my sister

No one is on the same page at this store. I had 2 different consultants tell me that I was perfectly fine to order a bridesmaids dress in January when the wedding is in march. When I went to find my dress I only had 2 options to pick from that would get here in time. It was a complete disaster, and left me with a dress I do not feel comfortable in. The manager also had me look all over the store for a dress I liked with hopes that he would "make it work" but when I went to check it out apparently all he could do was tell me ... read more

I love David's bridal. But, today I was very disappointed with my consultant. I know she had more than my appointment. But, it bugged me that I was going to pick out dresses for my maid of honor then her. I truly feel this is why I couldn't narrow it down because I was so annoyed with the over booked consultant.

I had my appointment yesterday. It was fun only because I had 3 of my friends with me and they weren’t afraid to clip me in, out on belts and accessories. The consultant kept getting pulled away - not her fault. I felt bad for her because you could tell she really wanted to help but she was training, had my appointment, greeting at the front door - which I don’t know why because there were 2 other girls there working - and a BIG bridesmaids party came in. Beautiful dresses and friendly employees. It was very frustrating having to share our Lady with another bride to be. DB over books on the weekend so the entire time we were there we had to help the bride to be with EVERYTHING. None of us are experts in this so it was a little much. Over all we had a great time though. I would not recommend booking a weekend appointment.

Worst customer service. Went to find dresses for my bridesmaids and the person helping us was Jennifer. She commented CONSTANTLY.. about the weight of my bridesmaids and how they fit into their dresses. She kept saying how “shocked” she was that they could fit into a smaller size than she suggested. I think she needs a training on how to handle customers because this was just plain rude. My daughter had appointment and we felt rushed the whole time , was not impressed at all , she found a dress but I can’t help but wonder if she missed out on the perfect one because we were rushed, bridesmaids were told they didn’t have enough time for them to make another appointment, we live out of town so they missed out on selling 8 bridesmaids dresses. Not happy with experience, this is my only daughter and I’m very disappointed.
