This will be the 3rd wedding we used David’s bridal for the bridesmaid dresses and this will be the 3rd terrible experience we had. Everyone we work with there seem to have no idea what they are doing. We also had a bridal consultant who was beyond disrespectful to the bride. Implying comments about her weight and what she looked like before she said “I’m going to put my foot in my mouth now” honestly would never recommend them again. I'm honestly not sure how this location has so many 5 star reviews. I'm relieved to know that some brides had a pleasant experience here. Unfortunately, I was not one of them. This location should be embarrassed of themselves. The dresses were all dirty and ripped - I actually felt bad having the two bridesmaids I brought along try them on. Went to another David’s bridal was not impressed so I went to the Woodbridge location just for my bridesmaids and they were marvelous. They even accepted us without an appointment. So in about a week or so I will be making my appointment to go get my dress.

Absolutely terrible. The sales lady wasn't at all friendly and not helpful. They were supposed to call when the dress came in and never did. We finally called to check and it had been there for days. Poorly run with terrible staff. When we went to pick it up no one helped and the sales person didn't even acknowledge the bride.

This place makes me so angry. Beginning to end. I went in because I saw a dress in their site that I absolutely loved. I drove over an hour for this dress. When I got there I had to be the one to find it because the lady said they didn’t have that dress but their site said they were in stock so I decided to look. I bought my wedding dress and had a fantastic experience, Stacy in Pinole was amazing. I took two of my bridesmaids back to buy dresses and it was a really bad experience. We are trying to be cost friendly because its a dress that will never get worn again and 2 of my bridesmaids are coming from out of town. I made an appointment for 1:30 p and wasn’t seen until 1:50p. The consultant was not knowledgeable on the type of lace I liked and was less than helpful in getting me in and out of the dresses I was trying on. She seemed more occupied with another bride who exchanging a dress. The service was nothing to write home about and the selection was minimal.

Terrible service for finding the dress for the bride. Associate was helping us and another party. Was asked to wait and even told our appointment time was over. That sold us to not even consider buying from here. Many places in area just as nice and priced reasonable to consider before going here. Would not recommend.
