Right from the get go I had a bad feeling. The girl taking my appointment seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and gave off a vibe that I was irritating her by being there. Then when I showed back up for my appointment about an hour later the consultant wouldn't listen to a word I had to say. She just rushed me into grabbing two dresses and again once I was in them wouldn't listen to what I was having to say. Just asked if I "felt like a bride". I always find what I’m looking for when i shop here no matter what but when i attended for my bridesmaids dresses i didn’t get good customer service we only had one person serving us and it was six ladies in all and we had to get our own dresses and try them on ourselves. We only had one dressing room and we all just stood in the hall until we could go into the room. The host only sized us and she kept disappearing every time we turned around. I had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal in Monroe, LA. My stylist Kelli was awesome. She knew exactly what she was doing. She listened to me and it didn't take her long to put me in the perfect dress. Very kind and patient lady. Actually all the staff there were very friendly. I would most definitely recommend this place!!

I felt like my consultant didn’t want to be there she seemed as if she had a little attitude with some of the questions that I asked her and with getting dress sizes I wanted to purchase my wedding dress there but not sure because when I’m spending money I expect better treatment than I receive today.

Never again will I shop at David's Bridal!! They bold face lied to me last week and told me I had 30 days to return 2 dresses for a full refund. I brought them back today and they now refuse. This is $400 that is now nonrefundable, even though they did refund one of the other girls' dresses last week. Beware if you shop here, because the store manager, Lauren, changes her story.

We brought our daughter in to be fitted for a bridesmaid dress she tried on dresses then they order wrong size then they say they do not do refunds when you make the mistake you need to do refunds!!!!!!!

Worse customer service I have ever received. Workers were rude and uninterested. Hate the fact that you cannot go in a try on a dress without an appointment even if all the dressing rooms are empty...not everyone who goes in there is looking for a wedding dress people...I will never step foot in David's Bridal again.

Went in to look at bridesmaid dresses. The sales associate who helped me didn't ask what my budget was and kept telling me colors didn't even matter. Will not return.
