Davids bridal is the worst customer service I️ have ever seen. They can’t exchange shoes ordered online because they come from different warehouses!?!? That makes no sense what’s so ever. The fact that they are Davids bridal product I should be able to exchange at any store...but that’s l okay tho I️ promise I️ will give them no more business from anyone I️ know. My sister scheduled an appointment for us to try on dresses. It seems to be pretty crowded when it was our scheduled time. They put everyone in the same area and there was plenty of space on the other side. All the other bridal parties had stickers on their door with the bride's name except for us. I had previously visited the store passing through Tallahassee on Wednesday Nov 29, I went in without an appt just to browse, so I understood that I wasn't going to get undivided attention. After looking at the dresses I decided we would use David's bridal for my bridesmaids. If there was an option for zero stars I would say zero. The only positive about the entire experience is the woman working in alterations who worked very diligently to help make my dress fit after I waited three weeks for my dress to come in , only to realized on alternation day that the store ordered the WRONG SIZE. Absolutely disappointed with David’s Bridal as a company completely, they ought to be ashamed of themselves! I went to the store and ordered a dress, I received a call shortly after asking if they could ship my dress to my house, unknowingly how careless they would package my dress and slip and not put in the time or money to insurance my $1000 dress or click to have a signature, I said yes. I went there for my mom and we had an appointment. The lady helping us (Alex) was very nice but she had 2 ladies at the same time. The other ladies that were there didn't allow us to pick out dresses they told us our selections were limited for what we wanted. We were only allowed 1 hour 30 mins but that was shared with someone else. My mom would put on a dress and it would take 10 mins to try on another since she was working with another lady. Very disappointed and will not be back.
