My daughter's wedding dress and her bridesmaids dresses are all ruined thanks to the irresponsible people working here at David's Bridal in Gainesville. Her dress was suspose to be in by May, now they say June. Dress wrong size. Her bridesmaids dress is 3 sizes to small and alterations are all wrong. This is third trip about this problem and nothing has been rectified. My daughter is stressed. Her special day is not so special thanks to Davids Bridal.!!!!������������������������

I purchase my mother of the bride dress here. I ordered it and it came in early. When I picked up my dress, I just looked to see if it was the correct dress & size. Shame on me to trust that they would of given me the new dress that I ordered but no you gave me the sample dress that many women have tried on with snags on it. I had no choice but to wear it. The employee that did this has absolutely no integrity and you who you are.

I WOULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD!! Purchased my wedding dress there, six bridesmaids gowns, flower girl dress, two grandmother of the bride dresses, a grandmother of the groom dress, MOB and MOG dresses; about 13 dresses total. It was DISASTER. We had twelve people for my bridal party appointment and they gave us two rooms and we never saw the consultant again. The store manager A.L is the most unhelpful person I have encountered in this type of role. I would call her the "no solution, unprofessional" manager. I went in and the dress size ordered is one size too big. Asked the consultant to order size 0 but ordered size 2. All over about an inch too big. Alterations definitely required but if they ordered the size i asked for then not alot of alterations required. Was insulted and told it was my fault my dress didn't fit because they told me to order the wrong size.. lady told me I had probably gained weight which is NOT the case! Horrible experience. All the bridesmaid dresses are stretched out so it's impossible to tell what size you actually need!

Literally the worst experience EVER!!!! I am only giving 1 star because it won't let me give 0. The customer service on the day I went in with a couple of my Bridesmaids was horrible. Our consultant was seen by us maybe twice. I pretty much knew the dress I wanted as I did my research before I went so that wasn't a huge deal, but she was less than helpful. I have since had to call TWO times as two other Bridesmaids went to order their dresses and the WRONG dresses were pulled. The first time they couldn't tell me why... read more

One thin the prices thst is i david bridal is to much. I am have a bech wedding and david is not making my day spacial because i didn't find my dr. I have 17 days to find my dress.

Rindy was amazing she helped me find the perfect dress!!! But the second time I came in with my bridesmaids and the girl we had was a little snooty to us! I bragged about how wonderful and friendly they were so it was a little embrassing to me when we got there!
