David's Bridal (Richfield, Mn) has THE WORST customer service I have ever come into contact with after spending thousands of dollars in their store. They sent my bridesmaid a faulty dress and when we brought it back in, instead of fixing the problem they said we can have 10% off one of the "try on used" dresses in the store in a size that was too big. We had an appointment at 6:00 yesterday for 4 bridesmaids. First off we arrived and had to wait 30 mins just to be helped. We tried on several dresses and finally found one we all agreed on, only to find out that the dress would take 8+ weeks to ship and would not arrive in time for the wedding. In fact we were told by the consultant that most dresses take 8+ weeks to ship even though the bride was originally told 4 weeks. So we had no chance of receiving the dresses on time. When my friend (the bride) called to confirm that they had the correct dress and color on our account the day after our appointment...they had no record of our appointment. They lost the dress style, color, all of us girls measurments, phone numbers, names, EVERYTHING. AND I called and ordered my dress first and two months later 2 other girls called and ordered theirs and got a "promotion" $30 off. So I called ahead of time I get punished and have to pay more? David's Bridal in Florence, SC had a great selection of Wedding dresses. This is what we there for. The girl who was waiting on us was attentive, she listened at what we were looking for and found it. It was a very good experience. The store was clean and tidy. Went to pick out my dress in July and the lady flat told me I was to fat for the dress I wanted. Then when I went to order my maids dresses same lady lied to me and told me she ordered them all even called all the sizes to me but when my girls go to get them they are one dress short. And we are told we don't have time to order another one. None of us girls will ever be back. And we have told all our friends about this. I got my wedding dress here Friday! Dori J was my consultant and she was amazing! She found dresses I loved that I never would have given a second glance. She was very kind and understanding about all the guest dynamics at the appointment, and really took the time to get to know me and what I wanted in a dress. She was funny, pleasant, and shared lots of good ideas and advice. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend David's Bridal, but especially her, to anyone!
